Celebrating Five Years of Connection and Growth in the Multifamily Industry

This month marks the 5th anniversary of The Vendor Guide, launched by Lynn in May 2020 as a direct mail supplier directory serving multifamily decision-makers across Central Virginia and Hampton Roads. What began as a resource to bridge the gap between vendors and property managers has evolved into a multifaceted platform supporting education, recognition, and connection within the industry.

In March 2022, Lynn expanded her efforts with the creation of the VGN Multifamily Group Meeting, a networking initiative designed to unite industry professionals and offer support to property management teams throughout the region.

Further enhancing engagement, she introduced the Vendor Guide Gazette in May 2024—a monthly newsletter that allows suppliers to share detailed insights about their products and services. The Gazette also features stories that highlight exceptional property managers and maintenance professionals.

Beginning this month, Lynn is proud to offer training programs for property management groups, focusing on topics such as vendor selection best practices and customer service excellence. She will be a featured speaker at the first annual Management Meeting for Artcraft Property Management.

In addition to her work in the multifamily space, Lynn continues to nurture her creative side by offering custom artwork, including watercolor and pen & ink illustrations—perfect for realtors seeking unique, personalized gifts for homebuyers. She also remains dedicated to her passion for pet portraiture, with proceeds supporting the Richmond Animal League.
