Phillip Carreras, who recently earned his MBA from the College of Charleston, will support ALS at its Scott’s Addition headquarters in Richmond across HR, accounting, sales, and operational leadership functions. His younger brother, John, also a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Commercial Real Estate and Finance, is based in Wilmington, where he leads the branch and spearheads expansion into new territories. Both began their careers at ALS in middle school, growing up alongside the company.

Phillip’s goal at Automatic Leasing Service is to carry forward the legacy his father built and the foundation that was passed down through generations before him. “Being part of a fourth-generation family business is something I take a lot of pride in. Our company is at an exciting point in its growth, and I want to build on that momentum in a thoughtful way.”

For Phillip, growth is not just about expansion. It is about strengthening relationships, deepening the company’s presence in markets where it already performs well, and continuing to earn the trust of property managers at both the local and corporate levels. He is focused on developing long-term partnerships across the Richmond area while working closely with his brother to support the North Carolina branches.
