My team is made up of six exceptional individuals, each bringing unique strengths, personalities, and dedication to our community. Together, they create a dynamic, supportive environment that truly makes The Grove feel like home.

Arthur “Tre” Johnson – Service Manager

Tre is a true force of energy and positivity. Known for his electric personality and sense of humor, he brings laughter and light to every room. But beyond the laughs, Tre is deeply committed to his role. His leadership and mentorship support not only the service team, but also the entire staff and resident community. If there’s a sound in the building—it’s probably Tre!

Alexis Cordell – Assistant Manager

Solid, dependable, and detail-oriented, Alexis handles some of the most challenging aspects of property management—like rent collection and delinquency—with grace and empathy. Her thoughtful approach builds trust with both residents and team members. She is the quiet strength behind many of our successes and is beloved by all who work with her.

Haley Myers – Leasing Associate

A rising star, Haley joined us from the service industry and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. Friendly, intelligent, and approachable, she builds genuine connections with both residents and prospects. Her adaptability and enthusiasm impress us every day.

Alvin Lundy – Service Technician
