Vendor Guide Network Celebrates 5 Years of Connection and Growth

The Vendor Guide Network (VGN) recently celebrated a major milestone—its 5-year anniversary—bringing together multifamily professionals and supplier partners to reflect on achievements and look ahead to future opportunities.

Lynn Black opened the meeting with gratitude for the community’s continued support. She also shared exciting updates, including the launch of live streaming for VGN meetings, allowing property managers across Central Virginia and Hampton Roads to join in from anywhere.

The meeting also highlighted supplier partners and their services.

• Keith Provo, Sales Manager at Costen Floors, kicked things off by discussing the company’s community involvement and wide-ranging flooring solutions.

• John Sutter, owner of RVA Cabinetry, showcased his company’s custom and wholesale cabinet lines. He emphasized features such as dovetail drawers, soft-close doors, custom paint finishes, and fully assembled units with detailed installation drawings. RVA Cabinetry also offers a local showroom near Chesterfield Town Center in Richmond.

Growing Impact Through Communication
Lynn shared the success of the Vendor Guide Gazette newsletter, which boasts an impressive 48.6% open rate. Looking ahead, the publication will spotlight property management companies and promote affordable housing initiatives.

Networking That Drives Results
As always, the meeting provided space for vendors to share updates on their services, from plumbing and dumpster services to eco-friendly cleaning, roofing, staffing, flooring, painting, and maintenance. Several suppliers also previewed exciting multifamily projects slated for 2026.
