Established in 2022 by Conner Parrish, our farm began as a heartfelt endeavor following the sudden loss of Conner’s father. What started as a therapeutic escape through beekeeping quickly blossomed into a full-fledged mission dedicated to nurturing both the environment and the community.

Our Journey: From Beekeeping to Community Engagement

At the core of Blossoming Roots is a commitment to sustainability and education. Our journey began with beekeeping, which soon expanded into growing flowers to support our honeybees. This passion naturally evolved into commercial and retail flower sales and eventually led to a more education-focused model.

Today, we proudly serve over 50 Senior Living Communities across Virginia, offering a diverse array of nature-based arts and crafts. From wreath-making and floral arranging to garden talks and hands-on workshops, we strive to enrich lives through engaging, interactive learning experiences.
