Temporary Staffing: Ideal for communities needing flexible workers for seasonal demands or short-term projects. The Liberty Group maintains a deep roster of pre-screened temporary employees ready to begin work on short notice, helping properties maintain peak efficiency.

Temp-to-Hire: The Liberty Group’s temp-to-hire program allows for a “working interview.” They match clients with a qualified candidate who works with the team for a day. Afterward, a formal interview can be conducted to determine if the candidate is the right fit. If hired, the candidate must fulfill 520 hours with The Liberty Group, or they can be bought out early at a reduced rate.

Direct Hire Placement: For those preferring a formal interview process, The Liberty Group’s direct hire program places candidates directly on the client’s payroll. Fees for managers, maintenance supervisors, and maintenance techs are 25% of the annual salary with a 60-day guarantee. For all other onsite positions, the fee is 20% of the salary with a 60-day guarantee. No direct hire fee is due if a client does not hire one of their candidates.

Rapid Hire: Clients can provide resumes of candidates they’ve sourced, and The Liberty Group will handle the rest. They conduct background checks, e-verify, references, and interviews, placing the candidate within 24 hours. The candidate can be added to the payroll at any time with no minimum hour requirement or buyout fee.
