With an unparalleled understanding of both on-site property management and supplier services, Lynn has become a trusted resource and invaluable partner for property managers and vendors alike.

Lynn began her career as the Marketing Director for an apartment community in Richmond, Virginia, where she managed a successful furnished apartment program. Her achievements in this role led her to Cort Furniture, where she excelled as District Manager. She then dedicated 16 years to For Rent Media Solutions, where she refined her skills in helping property managers market their communities across a range of platforms, including print, websites, video, social media, and mobile technologies—all with a focus on lead generation.

Throughout her career, Lynn has remained an active associate member of the Virginia Apartment and Management Association’s Supplier Council, reinforcing her reputation as a respected partner in the multifamily sector.

The Vendor Guide: Bridging the Gap Between Property Managers and Suppliers

In the summer of 2020, amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lynn launched The Vendor Guide in Central Virginia and Hampton Roads. This innovative supplier directory combines the reach of direct mail marketing with targeted outreach, connecting top suppliers with apartment communities and property management divisions. The Vendor Guide has become a critical tool for fostering mutually beneficial relationships within the multifamily industry, enabling property managers to enhance resident satisfaction and retention through trusted vendor partnerships.

Building on this success, Lynn expanded her efforts in 2022 by founding the VGN Multifamily Group, a networking platform designed to bring together property managers, suppliers, and maintenance professionals. In 2024, she introduced The Vendor Guide Gazette, a monthly digital newsletter providing valuable insights and resources, including links to the latest Vendor Guide magazine, for property managers and suppliers.
